Refund Policy.

All items are custom and made to order - item blanks are ordered almost immediately, therefore cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours of your submitted payment has been received. Thank you for understanding!

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or you received the wrong item - normal wear and tear can not be replaced. Notification with pictures need to be emailed within 14 days of delivery. Laundry mishaps are not replaceable so please be mindful of wash care. Laundry instructions are in listing descriptions and will be included in your package.

Once images of damage or wrong item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
